Notice of Phase 1 of the Martin Valley Park Improvements

This notice is being issued to advise residents that Phase 1 of the Martin Valley Park improvements on John Street will begin Monday, July 31, 2023. The project is anticipated to take place over the next two months. The park will be closed during the construction period.

The project will include the addition of natural playground features, an outdoor classroom, a parking lot, gazebo, additional seating and the development of formal pathways and overall landscaping improvements.
