Activity Dates

The Cycle Penetanguishene Bike Rodeo is a FREE event for all ages hosted by the Georgian Bay Women's Cycling Club and the Town of Penetanguishene. 

Location: James Keating Elementary School (20 Lorne Ave, Penetanguishene) 

Time: 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM 

Supporters: James Keating on the Move, Mountainview Cycling Club, Total Sports the Bike Shop, and Hardwood Ski & Bike.

Participants will have the opportunity to take part in a skills course including a helmet fitting, bike inspection, and safe riding procedures.

The Georgian Bay Women's Cycling Club will be on hand to ensure all participants have fun and safe experience. Participants will have the opportunity to win prizes, as well as receive free giveaways.

Parents are encouraged to attend with their children and bring their bikes and helmets for the event. Registration isn't required but supplies and prizes are limited and registered participants will be given priority. This event aims to promote cycling safety, active transportation, and community engagement.

Hardwood Ski and Bike will be onsite with bikes for older rides with bike features (ramps, and jumps) available to ride.
